    This is the only Verizon store that I go .Yes they are a dealer for Verizon..but what you get is friendly and helpful.My first ex a year ago was aweful but she fixed my thought. second visit i met her for the first time a year ago i came in with a busted line a non verbal disregulated little guy at the moment. She was caring compasionet and understading , went out of her way to help and resolve the issue even having a past due ballance at the time she treated me with respect and helpfulness . The other day i had another device get destroyed and went there in hopes she was there. I walked in and she was there and so wonderful and helpful.I belive her name is Tracy Brown wavey hair and glasses ..My little guy did not disapoint wanted to take the bulbs off the tree and open the presents lol.. She took care of it fast and was again so understanding and empatheric even tho we were having a challenge with a unfamilure environment. It is so hard to find people who understand and do not judge and helpful it was very refreshiing thank you Terri for being the best part of Verizon wireless and make it a pleasure to come in. I sure will be back in 2 weeks to add the line.. Thank you again

    Needed new phones and thought I was going to have to change carriers. I went to the store and met with Christian. He was able to look at my existing plan and find trade in for our phones. They also now offer home wifi at a cost less than that what I am paying now. I was able to get new phones and wifi for about $30 less than what I was paying for phones now. Also, I will save money not having to pay my existing carrier for wifi. Overall I am saving around $100 per month. I appreciate Christians time and effort.

    Things started fine until this worker Gabriel started being way too personal. Seemed like a professional guy but when it came to trying to add my gf to my line, he kept trying to speak to her in Spanish in front of me. She kept responding in English so I knew what was being said, but I thought that was unprofessional and odd to leave me out of the convo. Even though that’s whatever, he would do over the line stuff like pick up my gfs phone when her mom called and answered it. Dude is way too comfortable instead of considering others. Was close to just snatching the phone from him and leaving. Won’t be coming back.

    ON THE 19TH OF DECMBER I WENT INTO YOUR VERIZON LOCATION AT 1249 US-70 W, Garner, NC 27529 TO GET ASSISTANCE ACTIVATING MY NEW PHONE THAT MY PARENTS HAD SENT ME FROM FLORIDA. THEY PROVIDED ME WITH THE VERIZON ACCOUNT NUMBER AND PIN. HOWEVER, THE GENTLEMAN ASSISTING ME SAID THAT I WOULD NEED THE AT&T ACCOUNT NUMBER AND TRANSFER PIN TO MOVE MY CURRENT PHONE NUMBER TO MY NEW DEVICE. I TOLD HIM I WOULD BE BACK THE NEXT DAY OR FRIDAY WITH THE INFORMATION. I RETURNED THAT FRIDAY THE 21ST AROUND 6 PM. THE GENTLEMAN WHO ORGINALLY HELPED ME WAS BUSY WITH CUSTOMERS SO A GENTELMAN BY THE NAME OF CHRISTIAN SCOTT BEGAN TO ASSIST ME. LET ME SAY AS A RETAIL MANAGER FOR OVER 20 YEARS I HAVE NEVER INCOUNTERED OR WITNESSED SUCH BLATANT RUDNESS AND DISRESPECT FROM SOME ONE WHO IS IN THE FIELD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. FIRST ALL HE GAVE ME THE THIRD DEGREE ABOUT WHERE AND WHY I HAD THE PHONE, AS IF I HAD BROUGHT IN A STOLEN DEVICE. HE ALSO INFORMNED THERE WOULD BE A 35 DOLLAR CHARGE TO TRANSFER MY DATA BUT I TOLD HIM I WAS JUST TRYING TO GET MY NUMBER ACTIVATED A TRANSFERRED AND I WOULD USE THE APP TO MOVE MY FILES AND DATA. AT THIS POINT HE OPENS THE SMART SWITCH APP ON MY PHONE AND TOLD ME I WOULD BASICALLY HAVE TO DO IT MYSELF OR I WOULD BE CHARGED, HE WAS SPEAKENING TO ME SO RUDELY BY THIS POINT I LOOKEDAT HIM AND SAID “YOU KNOW YOU COULD REALLY BE NICER ABOUT THIS AND WHILE SPEAKING TO ME, IT IS COMPLETELY UNCALLED FOR YOU TO SPEAK TO ME THIS WAY.” WHILE THE PHONE WAS TRANSFERING DATA MR. SCOTT DECIDED TO GET UP AND HELP NEW CUSTOMERS WHO HAD WALKED IN. THE TRANSFER ON MY PHONE WAS NOT GOING THROUGH SO I CHANGED IT TO JUST TRANSFER CONTACTS AND MESSAGES ONLY. AFTER THAT TRANSFER WAS COMPLETE, I COULD CALL FROM MY NEW DEVICE BUT COULD NOT RECEIVE CALLS ON IT, CALLS AND TEXTS WERE STILL GOING TO MY OLD DEVICE. THE ORGINAL ASSOCIATE WHO HELPED ME ON WEDNESDAY WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE WORK AND I CAUGHT HIM ON HIS WAY OUT AND TOLD HIM I WAS BEING TREATED AND THAT MY DEVICE WAS STILL NOT WORKING. I ALSO INFORMNED HIM THE INFORMATION HE HAD REQUESTED WEDNESDAY (AT&T ACCOUNT NUMBER AND TRANSFER PIN) HAD NOT BEEN USED FOR ANYTHING. HE LET ME KNOW IN THAT CASE YOUR NUMBER IS STILL ACTIVE WITH AT&T AND I SAID YES, IT IS BECAUSE MY PARENTS DID NOT WANT ME TO GO WITHOUT SERVICE WHILE THE PHONE WAS BEEN SHIPPED. HE SAID HE WOULD BRING MR. SCOTT BACK OVER AND WHEN HE RETURNED IT WAS CLEARLY OBVIOUS, HE WAS IRRITATED. I EXPLAINED TO HIM HE WAS BEING VERY RUDE AND HE SHOULD NOT WENT TO HELP OTHER CUSTOMERS BEFORE HE WAS DONE ASSISTING ME, MR. SCOTT THEN GOES IN TO HIS SPILL ABOUT BEING COMISSIONED BASED AND THAT IS HOW HE FEEDS HIS FAMILY. I THEN EXPLAINED YOU STILL HAVE TO ASSIST YOUR CURRENT AND NEW CUSTOMERS. HE THEN TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ASSISTANCE BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT TO PAY THE $35 FEE, I EXPLAINED HE SHOULD BE THE ONE CALLING SINCE HE OBVIOUSLY DID NOT KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE WAS OR HOW TO RESOLVE IT. I WALKED INTO VERIZON IN A GOOD MOOD HAPPY ABOUT RECEIVING MY NEW DEVICE; HOWEVER, BY THIS POINT I WAS SO FRUSTRATED AND IN DISBELIEF. DESPITE ME INFORMING MR. SCOT HE SHOULD BE THE ONE TO MAKE THE CALL HE DIALED CUSTOMER SERVICE ON MY PHONE AND HAD ME HANDLE THE ISSUE. NEEDLESS TO SAY, THE REPRESENTIVE ON THE LINE WAS MORE THAN ACCOMODATING AND DETERMINED SHE DID NEED MY AT&T ACCOUNT NUMBER AND TRANSFER PIN TO COMPLETE THE TRANSFER OVER AND WAS ABOUT A 5 MINUTE CALL. BY THIS POINT IT WAS OR ABOUT 8 PM AND I JUST WALKED OUT AND TRANSFERRED MY FILES AND DATA AT HOME USING THE SMART SWITCH APP AFTER CLEARING UP STORAGE. IF MR. SCOTT IS JUST INTERESTED IN MAKING SALES AND BOOSTING HIS COMMISSION AND NOT HELPING EXISTING AND NEW CUSTOMERS, HE IF DEFIENTLY IN THE WRONG DEPATMENT OR FIELD.
