    AVOID this place! Go to an actual Verizon store or call Verizon customer service. I was charged extra just for having them create my Verizon account. NONSENSE!

    Omar was a great help for us “seniors.” He walked us through the whole process and patiently explained things to us multiple times if we needed extra time. Now that we’ve had time to use the new phones and have gotten used to them we really like them. My only complaint was that occasionally he was the only person available to take care of customers so there would be 2-3 people waiting. Probably bad timing on our part.
