    I usually hate going to a cell phone store due to all my previous negative experiences with customer service (starting to think it's probably me being hard to work with - ha!), but had to bite the bullet and deal with old plan changes, new family devices, activations, etc. I've been a Verizon customer over 20 yrs because I've always had coverage no matter where I've been in remote NC or across the country... while my friends using other carriers are at no signal. I got to this store just as they opened and was greeted by this kid Ronnie - probably one of the most laid back reps I've ever interacted with. He was thorough, efficient, honest and friendly. I walked out of there with everything checked off my list, a better family plan, and less stressed than when I arrived. Can't say enough good about this Verizon store. Ronnie deserves a Christmas bonus for being a great customer service rep & employee! Thanks, man.

    Ronnie and Andrew were absolutely amazing. The epitome of what customer service looks like. There are a lot of Verizons closer to me but I will be driving out of the way to come see them next time I need anything cell phone related A+++++
