My husband and I went in with an offer in mind from online and much to our frustration (not because of employees, but with Verizon) there are different offers online than in store. Both guys were super helpful and got us a plan that worked better than the one online.

He essentially got me going on the my phone transfer from an upgrade, walked away and never came back. I sat there trying to figure it out, and not one time did a single person ask to help - after an hour I walked out. The initial rep, Eric, was gladly helping a different family selling them new phone lines and guiding them along the way. These positions must be incentive based, because he couldn’t have cared less with setting up an upgrade I bought online.
