Bryan was the only person in the store that am due to snow the night before. Bryan got our phones started on set up and transferring of data from the old phone. He got us just the options we needed and did not do any hard sales on any other features/options once we had decided. He did up our contracts while we were waiting. He was able to help some of the other people that came in without appointments while our data transfers were finishing up, but made sure to keep checking back with us, and when done stopped with others and finished up with us. I have tried the new Fold 7 out for a few days and, like Bryan stated, it has better reception than the old Fold 3. Happy with my transaction and the local support in our Franklin office.

Thanks to him, we will return to this store. I would, however, recommend that the staff utilize some people skills and greet people when they walk in to at least acknowledge their patrons.
