I looked online and a lot of people are having the same issues. I went back to this store and they said how long I've been with the company doesn't matter. He gave me attitude about how I choose to pay my bill, saying I need to "get with the times". I went to another store, in Martinsville, they were able to save me $40/month and replace my phone. Nolynn McDowell do not work with him or this store.
