From the moment I walked through the door, I was welcomed with a warm smile and an enthusiastic greeting that felt like being met with a genuine hug. Andrelle took my information right away, and I barely had time to sit down before my name was called. She kindly walked me to the desk, and when I asked if there was a small bottle of water available, she went out of her way to find one. That level of care meant so much. And then, I was fortunate enough to be paired with the Sales Representative I had hoped for. I had watched Dyrhanda assisting her previous customers with such attention and kindness, and I felt so lucky when she became my rep. My situation was not an easy one, but she managed every part of it with grace, patience, and exceptional knowledge. She made what could have been a difficult process feel smooth and effortless. Both of these women truly impressed me with their professionalism, compassion, and depth of expertise. In today’s world, finding an oasis of outstanding customer service is rare and it is incredibly uplifting when it happens. Andrelle, Dyrhanda, and one other lovely woman (whose name I didn’t catch) made my entire day brighter. I left feeling lighter, more positive, and genuinely cared for—something I needed more than I can express. I don’t know who they report to, but I sincerely hope these remarkable women receive the recognition they deserve from Verizon leadership. I am singing their praises loud and proud. Thank you. All of you for everything. Truly. Please acknowledge them for a job exceptionally well done. And don’t let them go. Customer Sales and Service is a demanding field, yet they made it feel seamless.
