I had ordered the wrong phone and was told by customer service I could take it to a store and exchange it. Finally when the guy gave us the head nod to come to him I explained I needed to exchange my phone. He looked at me like I was speaking a language he didn’t understand THEN proceeded to tell me NOBODY had the Pro Max in store….LIES!!! I went to another store.

He made service recommendations based on my needs and made a somewhat difficult transation that involved alot of his time and patience seem effortlessly and all with a smile. Gemar went above and beyond to make my request possible and made sure I had his contact information incase I had any questions or needed assistance. I highly recommend Gemar Futrell if you're looking for a Verizon representative who is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service.

Drove 40 minutes and was told oh we just sold the two we had. Staff was unable to check or even offer to check stock at other stores. Told us we would have to call ourselves. Standard Verizon bs and customer service so why am I even surprised. However this truly is the worst Corporate store experience I’ve ever had.
