- BDBryan DayOct 23, 20252.0I will never come back to this store or any Victra! What a terrible experience. The staff didn’t seem to have their bearings together - didn’t know what was in stock and not. Also wasn’t sure how to cancel an order and put another phone on the plan. The very first visit the tech just changed my plan without even speaking a word to tell me what he was doing and why. This place is more concerned about what they can sell you than helping you for what you actually came in for. You could tell there was a laundry list and they had to hit every product on the list to try and sell you - regardless if you needed it or not. What a terrible culture. AND I was not aware of a $40 set up charge just to unbox my iPhone. The guy couldn’t even get my iCloud backup to come through before leaving the store. He just reset it and started it like a new phone so I could at least have a working phone when I left. I had no contacts brought over or anything. I set up my own phone at home after leaving this store!! What a rip off!! AND there’s a $10 fee on my receipt for “phone pay off” and my phone was already paid off!!! I had fulfilled my obligations with Verizon for my previous phone. Which is why I was upgrading. So I paid $49.99 more than I should have last night!!! Unbelievable. I even asked when he told me how much but he mumbled under his breath. Nope. Not returning here. I’ll go copy and paste this same email in a google review to make sure others know not to come to this store. This is not the standard for customer service. I even hate they get credit for selling me a phone now.
