- TTThao TranSep 24, 20255.0This is a super busy location, but a good one. Lee helped me upgrade my phone with trade in last night even though he was visibly swamped taking care of people. He’s a great multitasker and was able to get my set up really quickly. Although I didn’t have anything complicated, him and the other employee seemed really dedicated to helping their customers navigate complicated situations. There was an older gentlemen there and the other employee went above and beyond trying to help him with an e-mail issue on his phone. The older gentleman was there from the time I walked in, until I left. I spent a little over an hour in the store to see if I could transfer my old phone stuff to my current phone but after waiting an hour, it still estimated 6hrs to transfer my stuff to my upgraded phone. I left and came back the next day to complete the trade in and Lee was there again. He took great care of me, and was super efficient. Thanks for all your patience and hard work! I’ll definitely be coming back here if I have any issues or for future upgrades. Thanks again!
