  I would highly recommend using this store. Above and beyond customer service for both business and personal use. this Verizon Wireless store truly deserves one. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a person—not a transaction, not a number, not just another upgrade. The staff was incredibly welcoming, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right solution—not the most expensive one. They took the time to listen, asked thoughtful questions, and explained everything clearly without any pressure or upselling. It felt refreshingly human!! Where else can you find that!? What really set this store apart were the personal touches: remembering my name, walking me through options step-by-step, double-checking settings to make sure everything worked perfectly before I left, and making sure I felt confident—not rushed. They went above and beyond to solve issues I didn’t even realize could be fixed. In a world where customer service often feels automated and transactional, this team restored my faith in what great service should be. If you want knowledgeable experts who actually care and treat you with respect, this is the Verizon store to visit. Highly recommend—this is how customer service should be done. 👏📱

  Nate at Verizon deserves serious recognition! Nate helped me through several purchases over multiple visits, and his patience and dedication were incredible. He assisted me with upgrading my phone, purchasing two watches for my children, and then took the time to connect everything and work through multiple issues right there in the store. He spent several hours helping me and never once made me feel rushed. He even let me choose the phone numbers for the new devices, which meant a lot to us. Every time I came in, Nathan was fully present, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was done right. Customer service like this is rare. Nate went above and beyond, and Verizon is lucky to have him. He deserves best employee award and a promotion for being so helpful and patient.

  I had an excellent experience at this Verizon store thanks to Jessica and the store manager. They stayed well after closing to help figure out what was going on with my phone and never once made me feel rushed. They were extremely patient, took the time to walk me through everything, and genuinely wanted to find the right solution. Even though we ultimately decided I needed a new phone, they made the whole process stress-free and easy. I really appreciated their dedication and customer service — it truly went above and beyond.

  Wilke and Flavio were super helpful. Wilke went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I had the most efficient, and most cost efficient, plan for our needs. They helped us with changing phone lines, updating our plan, and getting our upgrades swiftly while having a friendly attitude throughout! Def would recommend going here for all of your cellular needs.
