    I had a great experience today in this Verizon store. Ezekiel was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as I had to reluctantly upgrade my phone. I was helped as soon as I walked in the door and felt supported the entire way.

    This store has a great layout showcasing a wide range of products from top brands like Apple, Samsung, and Google. Unfortunately, the staff was difficult to work with. From the moment I walked in, I was pushed with promotions. Even after asking the employee to focus on helping me replace my damaged phone, the conversation kept circling back to upselling :: adding lines, upgrading plans, and features I didn’t need. I ended up leaving and driving 25 minutes to another Verizon location (6501 Wilkinson Blvd, Belmont, NC 28012). Within 30 minutes there, I had a new Google Pixel 10 Pro in hand, at no extra cost to my plan. There were no gimmicks, no pressure, and an overall phenomenal experience. It’s disappointing that this store relies on heavy upselling rather than genuine service. If you value helpful, straightforward support over flashy displays, I’d recommend making the trip to the Belmont location instead.

    ** BE CAREFUL! **** MY SIM CARD WAS REMOVED AND STOLEN. SAT. JUL 26 2025!!!!!!!! HE, THE GREETING REPRESENTITIVE REMOVED MY SIM CARD AND KEPT IT!! JUL 26TH 4ISH PM** STOLEN!! NOW ANYONE USING THE SIM CARD WILL BE PROSECUTED** AN INVESTIGATION IS IN PROGRESS!! FIRST STOP IS THE POLICE TO REPORT THEFT!!** MY EXPERIENCE WAS INITIAL VERY NICE, TURNED OUT, MY SIM CARD WAS REMOVED FROM MY PHONE, AND NEVER RETURNED!! SAT 7/26 AFTERNOON: IN AN EFFORT TO AUTHORIZE AN UNAUTHORIZED CHANGE FROM VERIZON TO SPECTRUM. THE GENTLEMAN, REMOVED MY SIM CARD. SAID VERIZON SERVICE HAD BEEN CANCELLED BY A SPECTRUM AGENT. "THE VERIZON REP, SAID, "OH, THATS VERY COMMON, WE DO IT ALL THE TIME". I TOLD HIM, I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE AND NOW HAVE NO PHONE AND NEWLY BACK IN CLT ARE DIDN'T HAVE FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO USE THEIR PHONE. I NEEDED MY SIM CARD BACK!! HE SAID, OH, I DON'T HAVE IT. I SAID, YOU BETTER, YOU JUST TOOK IT, HE REPLIED; OH, IT MUST HAVE SLID BETWEET THE CABINET. HE PRETENDED TO LOOK, HE WOULDN'T CHECK HIS POCKETS!! I LEFT IN TEARS, I'M READING ABOUT HOW THE SCAM WORKS WITH SIM CARD TRANSFERS, AND WILL CONTACT THE AUTHORITIES ALONG WITH THE TOP MGMT OF VERIZON. I WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO MAKE THE PUBLIC AWARE OF THIS SITUATION, SO THEY WILL NOT FALL INTO THE TRAP THAT I DID!! I WOULD ASK VERIZON TO CALL ME; BUT I DON'T HAVE USE OF MY PHONE, THANKS TO NOT HAVING MY SIM CARD!!
