Horrible business. Wasn't even greeted when we walked in. Straight to business. No one looked up or smiled at us till we were walking out after some crappy service. Not welcoming at all. Not taking my business here. If im about to give you my business the least you can do is greet me. Look at me. This place needs nicer people working in it. Going to another Verizon next time.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. The reps all really enjoy being around each other which is important as a guest. My phone was acting up and I was eligible for an upgrade. Bre was my rep and I didn’t feel pressured into getting anything I didn’t want and the process was not hard at all. They were very patient and knowledgeable with my situation and stayed attentive to me the entire time I was there and I was there for 3 hours! Ask for Bre, she’s the best!

I had an excellent experience working with Breosha Evans at the Verizon store in Northlake (Charlotte, NC). From the moment I walked in, she was pleasant, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. Breosha asked all the right questions to truly understand my needs and then recommended the best products, plans, and services—nothing pushy, just thoughtful and personalized guidance.
She made the entire process easy and enjoyable while ensuring I felt confident in every decision. I walked in with a few questions and left with a great deal on a phone upgrade and the best cell plans for my entire family on my account. 10/10 would recommend. Go see Breosha for your Verizon needs!

Don’t ever purchase any products from this store you’ll come out paying way more in the long run.. I end up with damn near $400 billion every month. I have a business account. The sales people are incompetent, there’s no true business manager and when it all boils down to it they just throw plans together. I went in for a deal and they ended up with a steal. TRUST ME IT ISNT WORTH IT! You’re better off with T-Mobile or he’ll even Cricket but not them and their coverage sucks and it’s not the old Verizon! Can you hear me now?…ummm hell no the call dropped

AWFUL customer service. I have been in Charlotte for 23 years and i have never been treated as badly as the way i got treated at this store. Ezequiel was by far the worst store rep i could've gotten and made my experience awful. For context, i spent over 2hrs with a verizon rep from their national contact center to solve the problem i was having. My phone was glitching, i couldnt access the screen and i called a national rep to see my options. We came to the conclusion that we were going to do a buddy transfer, meaning i was going to utilize one of my family members eligibility for an upgrade for my line this one time and get the new phone. We agreed, did the purchase via the link that was sent and ALL that was left was to pickup the new phone at this location and switch over my information. When i tell you we walked (my husband and i) and Ezequiel asked what we needed help with, we told him we needed to pick up a phone we just purchased, he immediately responded, its not ready yet. Which i know is a lie, because the rep we previously spoke to told us there was plenty of phones in stock and it should be ready to pick up now. Then he proceeded to get the name of the account and got the new phone. Then, I asked if he could assist us with activating the new phone and switching my information and i was telling him my situation to which then he responded "i have never heard about a buddy transfer in my life,i dont know what that is". He calls the verizon phone center and hands us the stores landline so that my husband and i could do the entire process by ourselves. He stands in front of us without absolutely any guidance as to what we should be doing, expecting or any assistance in general. i am visibly struggling to activate the new phone i wasn't sure which phone i had to turn on or connect to the wifi, he literally didn't us with any of that. So now, my husband and i are on the stores landline phone trying to do this transfer and activation by ourselves. Again, does not speak to us, acknowledge us or offers help. WE WERE LITERALLY CLOCKED IN. He then leaves us after not helping us and goes to sit down at one of those tables in the middle of the store. Not once, checking in, or offering help. I asked multiple times if we can turn in the phone and his response was "if thats what you want to do, you got to talk them. i felt like I was talking to a wall and i got very frustrated. 10/10 do not recommend. did i need a training before going into the store? i was so confused, extremely disappointed and very frustrated not only was this a waste of time but i found it very disrespectful. Do not come here, seriously. what an awful experience. also, no one else helped. we were literally on the landline by ourselves and there were multiple other reps walking or in the back and no one said anything... which i dont know what the standard is but to leave two people alone for that long without any assistance is crazy to me. I will not be coming back to this store and will be leaving this service ASAP.
