Posted hours are incorrect! Google maps as well as the QR code on the front of the door says the store will open at 9am.. It does not open at 9am!
Store hours should be updated for customer service and consideration.

My husband went into this store to upgrade his phone and he was talked into switching it to a business account. The representative assured us it would drastically lower our bill. Not only did it not reduce our bill but it went up by over $100 a month and they added extra lines we do not need and are being charged for them. They also left our old account open and we are getting a $33 monthly charge there as well. Went back to the store to correct this and no one knew how to address it. The manager told me he would call me after he spoke to his general manager. He finally called and said GM would reach out to me when they are in the store in three weeks. This is unacceptable and now no one is responding to my messages.

I was lied to by a sales rep from this store looking to get a commission, she told me that she was going to put me on a prepaid line for a device trade in that she said I could verbatim, "stop paying after 3 months" and it will cease to exist. She instead, place me on a postpaid line that was a 36 month agreement, which I did not agree to, so she could make herself a nice little commission or a hit a sales quota. Now I'm being charged $800 for a device buyout for a device I don't even have.
Do yourself a favor and look up cellularsales stores that are authorized to sell Verizon products and service... you'll know you're in the right place if the dudes are wearing suits. Otherwise, predatory corporate locations like this one, will screw you over by any means necessary. Thanks Verizon for a very merry present.

Terrible customer service there for hours
Signed into the iPad. It tells you when it’s your turn, a few people came in behind me elderly man and a woman. They skipped me made me wait for 20 extra minutes after being in line behind 5 people.
Finally they called my name (b/c I was the only one left in the store)
Sat down upgraded 3 lines only one phone was in stock so they said. Turned out not to be true. Another rep got the phone that I wanted for his customer about 1 hour into it.
Then they gave me a phone with a scuffed up box
After all that the rep just got up and said hold on and NEVER CAME BACK. I waited another 20 min because he said he’d give me a tracking number. I finally walked over to him working with another customer and asked him “Excuse me but what’s going on, are you finished with me?” He responded “oh yeah sorry”. I then asked about the tracking numbers he promised me and he said “oh you should get an email”
Just once I’d like to be treated like (excuse me for saying this) a white customer or a woman.
Maybe some training on ethics and equality. This is ridiculous

Lack of technical expertise is one thing (yes, certain plans and device configurations can be confusing), but a complete and intentional lack of courtesy and customer service is another. Try another location or switch service provider before you go here. Reps milking the clock and taking short cuts to avoid any ounce of effort to help. Discouraging to say the least.
