There is always a long wait to get any done at this store. Most recently I went in to get some assistance with my phone. I was put in the queue and after waiting for an hour and 10 minutes I left. At no time, did anyone tell me about delays or how much longer it would be. Then I saw an employee (maybe the manager). I just know that she was pregnant. She assisted a couple well after I was waiting. That was the final straw, no one even tried to stop me from leaving or say it wont be much longer. They simply don't appear to care . I will be reporting this incident formally.

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars because I would. My husband and I went in to see Paris for an apple watch and possible upgrades. She left us and went to the back and never came back. I had to ask another lady to see where she went. Charity, a different rep, came out to help us. She tried to sell us new lines, sell us some new plan that didn’t make sense financially and basically lied about what we were eligible for. I used to work for verizon and am well aware of how things work. Sales reps make more commission on new lines than upgrades. I was so annoyed by her stupidity and inability to help us. They could’ve gotten a sweet commission from us but chose to be shiesty and got nothing. Stay away. The main locations are supposed to be better than the authorized retailers but with this location, I couldn’t tell the difference.

While working with another lady (Older Black lady with red glasses) Paris Brown slid me her card and discredited everything her colleague said to me and told me to come back another day to work with her instead . Came back as instructed . She then saw she couldn't make a sell she left me and my wife and kids sitting 30 or more mins while hiding in the back until we left. She sees us and walks right past us without saying a single word.
She lacks integrity and professionalism. If they can't sell you a line or a phone then you will not be helped. Just choose another store.
