A single customer has been working with one of the employees the entire time we’re been here. We have been ‘next’ but the other employee is taking everyone with appointments so have been skipped over twice. All I need to do is wipe and return an old phone and I am truly at my waiting limit. They need to hire more employees. This is crazy.

I was put in the queue and after waiting for an hour and 10 minutes I left. At no time, did anyone tell me about delays or how much longer it would be. Then I saw an employee (maybe the manager). I just know that she was pregnant. She assisted a couple well after I was waiting. That was the final straw, no one even tried to stop me from leaving or say it wont be much longer. They simply don't appear to care . I will be reporting this incident formally.
