    The worst service I’ve encountered at a Verizon store in 25 years. Went in to have my plan modified after traveling back from Europe. Just needed the international plan changed back to my standard. Was literally told by an associate at the store that not only could they not modify my plan, NO STORE anywhere could do it in store. Promptly went to a great store in Southpark where they told me I’d been lied to. Of course they could modify my plan. Don’t waste your time going to Kings Drive Verizon. They’re not honest.

    Had such an amazing experience at this story. I came here after hours on the phone with tech support, and they solved my issue in under 10 minutes. Everyone on staff was friendly, communicative, and ready to take the extra step to be helpful. A super special shout out to TD for his help with my phone!

    I had a family member refer me to this specific store to start a new plan, after personally making calls for credit checks myself although I know they could’ve got it done way easier and quicker, I tried doing everything under my name. I was referred to doing it over the phone and just picking it up… I tried and it was disconnecting so I went back in the store and was completely looked over… reps who seen me come in already would wait in the back til older or white people came in and walked straight past me. after repeatedly saying I needed a phone, wasn’t trying to go far I was ignored. An employee over the phone was trying to talk to them and he waited 30 minutes and transferred me to a Verizon worker because he seen and heard them taking people who just walked in over me, who had been coming in and out for the past 2 hours. So I sat on the phone with a worker again and the call disconnected towards the end of the process so I decided to go up to the rep who just was standing there. He was rolling his eyes and talking as if we were wasting his time. They claimed my id wouldn’t scan although I watched it.. I did it over the phone though so although it did my credit check started coming back as “high risk” because of too many tries when they could’ve just helped me out in the first place because I did tell them if my partners did work then we could do it under mines and they claimed “it wouldn’t work if his names on it” which didn’t make sense so I tried to clear up the question and I was told to call for hissss credit because it would take hours.. in the end no one really wanted to help us.. I even made it simpler by trying to get just one phone… this whole process was a complete waste of time.. I was patient and nice even when they said it was nothing they could do. The only nice people who REALLY tried to help is the lady who was doing check ins and the tall-ish brownskin lady with straight hair and moles.(she offered some type of card before we even got started to where we didn’t have to pay anything but we were looking to come a little out of pocket)

    Acabo de ir a esta tienda y el trato fue horrible, me trataron de manera despectiva por mi raza e idioma! No quisieron tomar mi pedido! Yo no hablo inglés pero entiendo lo que decían y una de las vendedoras comentó que pensó que había llegado una repartidora de dordash! Me faltaron el respeto como cliente que soy de veraizon! Yo fui ayer y otra vendedora muy amable pero hoy no estaba y por eso volví! El manager viendo toda la situación no hizo nada simplemente por qué no HABLO INGLÉS más bien entrene mejor a su personal para un mejor servicio! Muy muy mala experiencia
