The team was very helpful. While my cell phone activation itself left something to be desired, the team and Ora specifically do not stop trying to find a solution to get me taken care of. She really helped taking a rough situation and made it bearable

My experience today was horrible. I told worker 1 I needed a appointment to get a charge port fixed he stated a nee policy was in place to call insurance we sat in store did that then another worker came and said I have another way to help you but you need to pay your bill cool done he said we can get your phone shipped out free I must go to fix it store they will ship it I said if I want to skip the fix it store can I he said it will be 50 bucks in store I said ok cool he said I still have to go in the fix store I get to the fix it store they cant help bc it was placed under extended warranty (roll eyes) I go back to phone store speak with GM at this point frustrated. She then says I have to do a claim. I said that's what I was doing the first time yall told me to stop bc you had a better way without having to spend the 99 bucks deductible. Now we back at the 99 . I then ask her as a GM how come you don't know the updated policy etc she said she didnt know it changed and I said as a GM that's unacceptable bc you cant lead a team with wrong information and telling lies to customers she said that's not me that's verizon I said you are verizon you are a representation of the company. And you need to get in a call with your boss and get updated bc as customers we need correct information not guesses then she tells me I can get out her store bc I cant belittle her I said what your mad because I am telling you truth as a GM you cant give workers false information this is what happens and you as a GM should have more knowledge then customers. And if you cant handle feedback then this job isn't for you . So I paid my bill plus 99 to get a replace phone all bc they gave me the run around and lies. No apologies nothing. Horrible customer service. Lack of knowledge of company policies and procedures. I dont think she was thr GM I think she was like a team leader but she said she was a GM. I asked her to speak to the gM or her boss she told me no. S. King drive location needs training and a better GM bc the 3 workers in the store are getting bad training from management bc management is just as clueless. Manger blonde hair about 5'2 ..... she needs training and how to accept accountability . Bad experience. Will not return to that location. After seeing past reviews I see the common issue here is lack of training and knowledge with staff .... who ever is the owner of this location should get involved .
