After being with T-Mobile for 29 years and very satisfied I went into Verizon to see what they had to offer. The manager was great but I m going to try hard to go back to T-.Mobile. WHAT A MISTAKE. My husband and I are retired and was assured it would not cost me more than I was paying. We traveled out of the U.S. this past month and was told that all calls and texts were $.20 a minute just like T-mobile. I just got my bill and almost fainted. It is usually $125. and it was over $265.00!!! This is totally unacceptable to be mislead. This is certainly not a good way to lure new customers. So so disappointed.

Terrible service, I arrived on December 17, 2025 at 6:42 and they wouldn’t let me check in and the lady said they didn’t have time to sale me a phone and add it to the account before they close at 7pm.
I was ready to buy the phone directly and spend 2,000$ but was turned away after driving an hour since I don’t live close.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!! Go somewhere that cares about the customer experience.

If I could give negative stars I would. Made an appointment and took time out of my workday. Arrived, wasn't even checked in. I asked for their help to transfer phone information from my broken phone to another phone. Was told per policy they weren't allowed to walk me through the steps and to call Verizon technical support instead. I don't understand why physical Verizon customer representatives exist when they can't even help customers with their problems. I am so angry and frustrated with this store and the nonexistent customer support. It was a complete waste of my time and I'm thinking about switching to a different carrier.

Went to Verizon for phone upgrade help, innocently asked about insurance options—just a question. Rep vanishes to the mysterious back room, returns, and bam: $20/month insurance slapped on my bill without consent.
I protested said that I don’t need insurance- I’ll get an unlocked , but got the classic pushy line: “You don’t want a damaged phone with no coverage, right?”
This “protection” is for a brand-new phone still sealed in its box until Christmas. So I’m forced to pay premiums on an unopened gift!
Verizon clearly pressures staff to strong-arm customers into unwanted insurance upsells. Shady. So I have to make a separate call later to call center to cancel insurance on a boxed gift phone.
