- PDPam DeanNov 1, 20255.0This is way overdue but I had switched from a different carrier to Verizon Prepaid. Unfortunately it was not a smooth transition so I went to the Apex store on September 8th and they sent me to this store, saying they could better help me. I was greeted by a man and the woman manager and once they found out I was not interested in changing to a different plan, they were no longer interested in helping me. The woman told me that it was my previous carriers' fault. I called my previous carrier and after a half hour, determined that it was not my previous carrier's fault and it was on Verizon's part. When the woman manager realized that I wasn't going to leave without getting help, she referred me to Alex. Now that is who should be the manager! He was so incredibly patient and persistent. He made several phone calls to customer service and waited on the line. He knew what to do to get to the right people and he was able to get it fixed. He was fantastic. So all 5 stars are for Alex and I hope you realize what a gem of an employee he is!
