    The employee who helped us get a new line and phone, Don Downs, was the best! He was so patient, thorough, detail-oriented, and just plain nice. He went above and beyond the normal call of duty to make sure our needs were fully satisfied. What a genuine, honest, hard-working, annd anmiable employee. I will definitely continue to patronize that store for Don to help us in particular. He’s someone I can trust, and that’s saying a lot. Thank you, Don!

    Customer service is terrible, called up here and a female attendant picked up the phone. First off, she sounded like her nose was filled with snot and she couldn’t even have the decency to greet me. Ridiculous.
