Disappointed with the service experience.
When we visited the store, we spoke with Dave, who identified himself as the manager. Unfortunately, instead of offering assistance, he repeatedly told us, "I can't help you," in response to our questions about purchasing a new iPhone. He suggested we either order it ourselves or go to another store in Apex—which was both unhelpful and dismissive.
What was even more concerning was how he interacted with a team member he appeared to be training. His tone was rude and condescending, which was uncomfortable to witness and seemed unprofessional for someone in a leadership role.
It’s disappointing to have this kind of experience at a store where customer service should be a priority.
Verizon and hiring teams might want to reconsider who’s representing their brand on the floor.
