  Pretty awful experience. The store was so dim I thought they were having power issues. There were 3 employees and no other customers, but I felt like I was intruding. I was desperate to get a phone after mine failed, it was late in the day and it was only a few days til Christmas. I was rushed, and I live in a remote area and I would have had to travel another hour to find a Best buy. The EE helping me was so rude that I asked if he was angry about something. I wanted to get a pixel phone since that's what I already had. At first I was told no, no pixels. Sold them all. Finally it was 'discovered' they had one pixel 10. It felt like I had to beg for them to sell me a phone. Requested information was either reluctantly given or just incorrect. Their wifi went down and I had to use my personal tablet (luckily in my car) to find the specs on the pixel 10 features. I won't bore anyone with more details. Suffice it to say that if wasn't desperate I would have gone somewhere else after Christmas. It honestly felt like a Twilight Zone show. P.S. I was also told that I wasn't eligible for an upgrade promotion since my dead phone was not working. Duh! Also told it could not be repaired. After reading other negative reviews now I wouldn't be surprised if I was lied to. I'm a Verizon customer but will NEVER go back to this store.

  I had an insurance replacement phone and was having issues getting the sim set up. I took the phone into the store seeking help since I had exhausted everything I knew to do. Instead of helping me them self, I was allowed to use the store phone to call customer service. The woman I talked to on the phone was very helpful and even asked "If you're at a Verizon store, why aren't they helping you?" It was very frustrating.
