I was swapping my phones out and ran into several issues, and he worked through them without problems. I've worked with several different representatives at this store in Brevard, North Carolina, over the last several years. My experience with Calis was far above my expectations. He did one thing that was unexpected: when we were finished, he walked me to the door! Calis understands great service! So when you go to the Brevard store, ask for Calis Larimer.

- BLBrad LakesonOct 28, 20251.0I went to Verizon with my email not functioning. I was told the best way to “fix” the problem was to upgrade my phone. I said not interested in doing this. The phone was fixed. I returned several hours later after I discovered five months of my calendar on my phone had been deleted. The person I worked with tried to help but really did not know what they were doing. The person that corrected my email was asked what he did to cause this and he said he did not know. He made no effort to help. We were contemplating leaving Verizon and after this visit we wil go to another carrier.
