    Chiristopher at Black mountain Verizon store is absolutely the best of the best manager I have ever dealt with hands down . And I have been in retail management all of my life . He does not stop until every detail is finished and the customer is completely satisfied 100%. And my Verizon service is the best cell service , I have ever had hands down over AT&T . This Verizon store is a huge asset to our wonderful small town that we live in here in Blank mountain, N. C. And I am on my way there now to secure a new IPhone 17 . YEE HAW I can’t get there fast enough . Thanks again for all you do. Danny

    the staff is really kind, but I quickly realized it would be easier and faster for me to figure out how to do all of it online. I want them to succeed, but this was really frustrating and disappointing to be there for 45 minutes and realize I could figure out how to do my own upgrade myself faster.
