Each time I needed an emergency appointment, they accommodated me, from the front desk staff to the doctors; each person showed compassion for my pet. They are very through when explaining the care of my pet, and pricing is always addressed before treatment. Again, I highly recommend ACA animal hospital ( Apex)!
- DDDiana dasallaJul 14, 20212.0I thought perhaps getting squeezed in for my dog's euthanasia would not be a huge issue. But sadly, it was rushed through like the vet had dinner reservations or a hot date. We kind of expected at least some sympathy but there was none. The shots came all within 1 minute basically, we had no time to really love, hold and pet on her before she was gone. Had I know it would be like that, I would have taken my dog elsewhere. It's been nothing short of heartbreaking to think back and know how we were treated at that most vulnerable time. I'm still in tears and it's been nearly 2 days.
