    Listen to the bad reviews, spare yourself the horrible customer service, and do not support this discriminatory establishment. I was specifically sent to this store by corporate Verizon for equipment that they were going to pay for. I walked into the store, was ignored, then after a lengthy wait was finally addressed as if I was being an inconvenience without me having uttered a word. The rep refused to even pull up my account to see the notes Verizon put in there. I asked if there was anyone else there willing to actually talk to me or pull up my account and he told me he was the manager and encouraged me to contact corporate Russell Wireless if I had any issues with that. I left and called Verizon, they were appalled and tried to contact the store themselves but he refused to answer. The "owner" keeps responding to negative reviews with their fake apologies suggesting customers let them know how they can help... well I contacted Russell Wireless directly and they couldn't care less. They were initially responsive to wanting to hear what happened but when I relayed the events to them they stopped responding. Four people on the email chain including one of the owners themselves plus the regional manager and not a single person responded to the email or to my follow up email. Appalling. Seems if you're a rich old white man they're eager to take your money. If you're female, of color or disabled you're subhuman to them. I recommend taking your business literally anywhere else in solidarity of not supporting this place of discrimination, but also to save yourself the waste of time as they are beyond rude and unhelpful.

    These folks were terrific. Hadn't had new phones in almost 10 years, and they walked me through everything including my outdated plan. Very happy.

    Worst customer service I have ever received. The management was rude and flippant. I understand that employees make mistakes, but when the store won't be accountable and fix the issue and then tell me that my attitude is bad after 8 hours and 4 store location visits to try to fix an issue they created is beyond rude. Be careful bringing anything to this location, they might de-activate a device that is not even in the store, spend 8 hours trying to re-activate it, say there is nothing they can do and then offer an upgrade at your charge. When you're not ok that they won't do right by their mistake they will then charge you another $50 to restock the original device you came to buy because you're frustrated that it is also not working. Be very careful with this store and don't be surprised that when you go to buy something it ends up not working and costing you a lot of extra time and money. It's interesting they post under here that they care so much yet I was told by a representative that they would reimburse me the $50 fee and it still has not happened, they care so much!
