    Since the switch they have taken out their self service pay your phone bill thingy which I like cause I’m already at the mom. They informed me that they didn’t have it anymore, but I was still able to make a payment in store pretty easy and honestly, I love the group of people at the Verizon at the mall.

    Shaun provided exceptional customer service! All the other employees in the store were super friendly and helpful as well! Shaun helped analyze my family plan and made helpful suggestions to upgrade. He was extremely patient and very knowledgeable!

    I was in your store on Saturday to upgrade my husbands IPAD. The associate was so helpful that I left with a new cell phone too. When I took my old phone in today, the associate tha helped me was very professional and kind.
