On a Saturday, at 10:01 am, when nobody wants to be working, I entered this local Verizon store I walk by every day; enter with a dead iPhone 11Sport, and the “clerk” helps me from EVERY angle to try to fix / save my phone; then every angle to try to replace my phone at the most inexpensive point of purchase - like what friends do. He even directed me to lead-expensive accessories that weren’t necessarily in the store he worked in, which maybe I shouldn’t say here, but it’s why I trust him. And will ALWAYS come back. Turns out he’s the Store Manager, alone on a Saturday. Retail Bad Ass! Capt. Solve! While he was helping me, the store owner calls; he looks down, tells me the caller, lets it ring through. Know Your customer. Actually LIKE your customer. Retail is HARD! I’m 66, single, no kids, minimal family, so my phone matters! It’s kind of everything. Being brutally honest. I left that store with a new phone, some comfort, and a bleep-load of knowledge that someone really didn’t have to give me. Freaking great experience!!!! Excellent. The funniest part about this review is they ask you to leave a photo; except for: I’m holding the machine I Cherish that takes the photos.! Hilarious!
