Well, (I wish I could remember his name) the agent that helped me was fantastic helped me understand the why and although I was ok with removing hotspot he told me about an amazing deal to upgrade. I love my Google Pixel 9 Pro.

Awful experience, we worked with Bradley, not only was he unprofessional but the first few words out of his mouth were about his previous customer and how they waisted his time and didn't buy anything after 2 hours together, then bashing his competitors, he then tried to sell me on home internet 3 times before we could even get to adding a line to our plan... he acted as if we were buddies with his language and at one point asked for our addresses (assuming it was to order the new phone) I was wrong.. it was to show us that we were in coverage for internet.... and then our phone was sent to a previous address that doesnt exists anymore... hes solution was for us to pay ups to hold the phone.

One guy spent 2 hours trying to re-activate a device that they de-activated by accident and ultimately they can't fix the mistake they made. It was followed by offering me an upgrade that I could pay for. When I went to verizon 3 weeks ago I had an iwatch for my daughter that worked perfectly fine and I wanted to buy one for my son. Now I have no watches that work and I was billed extra to return my sons watch that also wasn't working becuase of all the messing around they were doing trying to fix my daughters. Then I was told I have a bad attitude for being frustrated that they created the issue, they can't fix it but I should buy an upgrade from them. I understand employees make mistakes but when the company won't do the right thing to fix their mistake then now I have an issue.
