Let me sell you a new phone." That was not Elijah's answer. He asked me what the problem was, patiently explained what was causing it, and then fixed it, for free! Elijah has totally changed my attitude about his employer. Thank you!

- CAChuck AlthausenAug 1, 20252.0Picked up a samsung s24+ phone at this location as I was passing through town. The helpful rep suggested getting a phone case which I took him up on. He grabbed the case and put it into a bag. After leaving town, I attempted to put the case on and found out it was for a s24 model. Calls to Verizon yielded no help and directed me back to the same store. It should also be noted that the local store has no outside line to call into. After 6 months, I attempted a return of the case and was told a return was not allowed due to it being greater than the return policy time of 30 days. This experienced has soured my opinion of Verizon stores especially given the employees error and the inability to call the store. It should be noted that all employees were very nice and pleasant, but the rigidity in return policy and no flexibility in returning a $40 piece of plastic is frustrating.
