- JBJole BNov 24, 20251.0I have never met workers so arrogant and lazy. I went into this store to get a new phone, like any visit to Verizon there was going to be a wait. I was told 15-30 minutes. After 30 minutes had passed and only half the workers doing any work, I went to talk to two workers who had been standing there talking for some time. I asked if they could help me, Zach responded, telling me they were managers. So I said, "so you guys are too good to help then?" He quickly responded. "Yeah". So I asked again, "You guys are just above helping?". And again with no hesitation he responded, "yeah". He then clarified, "they get paid to do that we don't." I asked "you don't get paid to help customers?" And again, no hesitation, he said yeah. I went back and waited another 15 minutes and after multiple appointments had gotten helped, I still had not. I had 6 kids with me under they age of 6 and did not want to keep waiting, so I went to let him know I was going to find a place that wanted to help me. Being the a true craftsman of words, he responded "ok". I know this store does not care, but I hope that someone will at least approach Zach about pretending to care about the people trying to give you money.

Let me sell you a new phone." That was not Elijah's answer. He asked me what the problem was, patiently explained what was causing it, and then fixed it, for free! Elijah has totally changed my attitude about his employer. Thank you!
