- LLLynn LonavacciOct 7, 20251.0Called the store to ask about plans I work night shifts and I don’t care to do much during the day when I have to work that night couldn’t get any kind of straight answers from Sarah and I’m not going to waste my time to drive in to Helena for something that I’m not sure I even want She kept replying with just come to the store and I can talk to you about plans. Well I don’t want to. I just wanted to know some general pricing to see if it was worth my while. I’ll just continue with straight talk.
- JCJessica CharltonJul 29, 20251.0I’ve had them for years because they typically have the best unlimited pricing @ $40/month, but as of the last couple of months, their service is absolutely AWFUL. I cannot get photos and texts to send, and show only a bar or two most of the time, when all of the Verizon or AT&T people around me have full service bars and no problems. I dont know if they over-sold on their service or what, but its not worth 1/2 the money if it only works 25% of the time. I will begin shopping around for a different provider.
