Ordered the phone on line, ready for pick up in an hour. 1.5 hours later it showed no progress so I went to the store to see what was up. Turns out no progress had been made. After I showed up it took over 30 minutes for them to figure out how to tell their system I was picking up the phone. Next time I’ll get T-Mobile.

We were in on a Monday morning at 10:30 am, (the store opened at 9) and there was only one associate working. She said someone else would be coming in at Noon. She was helping a customer who was the only one there...that took at least 45 min and 5 other customers came in to wait. Two others came in and left when they saw there was only one associate and others waiting. Suggest there be more than one person available to help especially on a Monday. AND...there is not an ounce of comfortable seating in the store. Tall, metal backless stools at the associate stations and 3 metal heavy backless chairs at a very low round table. If people are going to be waiting, what about providing comfortable seating like upholstered chairs, a couch..anything.

They spent at least 30 minutes and took their time with patience and knowledge and kindness, which is a much-needed thing in this world. I am ever so thankful.
