    Great falls montana verizon had an all star employee from Wisconsin helping out. MIKE, he was an all star, he helped us more than we have ever been helped before at a verizon store. He was quick and had an answer for every question. Not only was he taking care of me with a new phone, he was working circles around all the other employees in store, he was helping 3 people at once and answering the phones; super star!

    I came in at the beginning of the month and it was. I know a busy time right after Black Friday and what not I knew what I wanted when I came in and I did work with two gentlemen and they were both very nice and kind and answered my questions. I wanted to make sure that I wasn’t blindsided or stuck with a bunch of stuff that I didn’t need I left and I did feel pretty good about everything that happened and my purchase I was promised that I wasn’t gonna have to pay any activation fees, and that I was gonna be able to try the Internet for free as I already have Internet to my surprise when I got my bill I was charged for activation fees and I was charged for the Internet I don’t have a problem paying a bill at all, but when I am told that I’m not gonna have to pay for those things that.That’s when I get frustrated, I did reach out to customer service and we were able to go over everything and I thought it was taken care of and my surprise when I called back because I didn’t see changes that were promised I spent numerous times on the phone and the calls were dropped. Nobody called me back. I ended up going to another Verizon store and they were nice but essentially couldn’t help me. I did end up having to call customer service again and they did help me, but I’m still having to pay for things that I was promised that I wouldn’t have to, which is very frustrating. I just think it’s very important to be clear and transparent. I understand sales. I’ve been there too, but don’t make promises or explain things and then not deliver. and of course this is all happened after the 30 days. So I’m not saying that the salesman were wrong or if it’s the computer or whatever but they’re definitely needs to be some stuff worked on.

    I went twice today. Bought a new phone from Hunter, who looked up sale prices and figured out the price per month for me. The second time, I brought my daughter, who bought a phone from William. Both were easy to deal with, and we walked away satisfied.

    He sat down for almost 4 hours on the phone with the system to make sure I had my phone number changed correctly. Very patient and considerate gentleman. Thank you so much! You’ve got a Verizon fan for life☺️👍

    Hunter was amazing!! Helped us very fast. Made sure we got our problems taken care of right away. Had a great attitude and was very respectful and easy to talk to and answered every question without leaving me with any kind of confusion or worry about the situation. I am always pleased when I go in this store but I highly recommend Hunter due to his wonderful customer service
