The door was locked, someone was there, but when l knocked on the door he said they were closed and he couldn't let me in. That they changed their hours and now closed at 6pm for the summer and it started that day. I asked why there was no sign one the door saying such, and the open sign above the door said open. He again repeated IT STARTED TODAY and they hadn't changed the sign yet. I asked if his company could activate my phone. He looked at it, still in the box, turned it all around and practically threw it back at me and said he didn't know anything about that phone. If he didn't know how or if they could activate it, why do l already have a Galaxy A13 G5 phone from their company? Very very bad customer service. Decided not to get another phone through them for work related services. I'll go to Spectrum.
