Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers. All of my search results continue to be for the hackers location.

I have been given the option to have a business line as well as a personal line on my phone. It has worked great for a week, off and on, texts and call get mixed up between my personal and business line. Seems to be something that can be fixed or explained at the store but boy was I wrong. Not only did I walk out of the store with out fixing my issue, I walked out of the store with only having a personal line (due to the business line not working and none of the employees willing to look at the issue). I was given the option to buy a second phone LOL but I figured Verizon would supplement the issue by giving me options... I guess my only option is to buy another phone to have a personal and business line. So for people that are reading this review DO NOT let Verizon sell you on the 2 lines on 1 phone option. They will not know how to work it or be able to fix it.

My family went in to upgrade our phones and Enzo was amazing! He made our experience at Verizon (which is typically long and boring) smooth, fun and fast. He was friendly, helpful and kind. I was very impressed and appreciative!

Austin, an employee at Verizon and I had an altercation and when I wanted to stop the conversation Austin told me he had a right to free speech. His supervisor, Zach, is his peer and I don’t think he has any say over Austin. At some point Austin quit talking When I asked Zach if Austin could leave the desk where I was seated, Zach asked Austin if he would be willing to step aside and fortunately Austin stepped aside. Overall it was an example to me of bad customer service with a poorly supervised employee
