Late father's cell phone account needed transfer to paper billing, as my mother pays by paper. I came in August and configured this, and confirmed the billing address. Never received a paper invoice. I returned today, waited 30 minutes, and was told the bills were sent to the wrong address. They refused to waive late fees. Then both customer service reps dismissively walked away from me, leaving me unable to waive the late fees. Avoid this company.

Justin is AWESOME. Stayed professional, patient, and helpful despite MULTIPLE hang-ups and barriers while trying to get my new phone/line set up. Almost lost my mind several times but he never did. Wow. Give this guy a raise.

I went in to upgrade my phone after getting a quote from Michael earlier in the day. I checked in, was put in the queue, and waited well over an hour—some of that time in my car, most of it in the store. When Michael was finally available (around 6:30, with the store closing at 7), he told me he couldn’t help set up my phone because they were closing soon. I was shocked—if I wasn’t going to be helped, someone could have told me earlier instead of letting me waste my time. Another employee even checked in with me during the wait but said nothing about not being able to assist. Very poor communication and disappointing service.
