Excellent customer service. - GSGabrielle SOct 10, 20255.0DAN AND BRADY! YOU GUYS ROCK! (And Pahti from the Verizon call center!!) I had a payment issue (I double paid) and needed a process done to fix it that they can not supply in store. Dan and Brady took the challenge head on, and respectfully informed me that was an issue that was fixable, but required a good amount of perseverance. Both of them were attentive, quick-to-help, and KIND! (Which is a rarity in Billings currently). So I called up the number they gave me, and Pahti was so helpful on the phone, and efficient to the point of my refund heading towards me already on a Friday! The good atmosphere from the store, the knowledgable employees, and problem-solving on a 11 minute phone call(take that AT&T!) Has absolutely changed my day for the better! If you're already using Verizon, make sure when you go in person, it's to the King location for these wonderful employees!
