- PVPete ViAug 9, 20251.0The worst experience ever. Billings montana grand store. My wife. Has stage for terminal brain cancer. We called cricket.They hung up on us multiple times even the store and the 1800 hundred number. They still couldn't get my wife's voicemail to work after one and a half years and three other phones. They said it was the phone.We don't make the phones.We just provide the service.So I asked him to fix it. They did not fix it and they kicked me out because they said I was disgruntled. After being hung up a total of four times one time at the store and then going to the store and they couldn't solve the phone issue. Please don't ever come to them.It'd be cheaper to go to walmart and get their prepaid stuff
