When my girl became suddenly and severely ill, they quickly diagnosed her with pyometra and took immediate action. Their medical team moved with urgency, skill, and compassion, performing the emergency surgery that ultimately saved her life. I am forever grateful for their expertise and dedication. I also want to give special recognition to Jenna, the office manager, who went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. She was calm, reassuring, and incredibly supportive during one of the scariest moments I’ve ever experienced. Jenna kept me informed throughout the process, checked in on me as well as my dog, and made sure we had everything we needed before and after surgery. Her kindness and professionalism truly made a world of difference. Thanks to this amazing team — and especially Jenna — my dog is home, healing, and back to her loving, happy self. Very gentle and respectful to the animals, and make every effort to make sure all options are explained until full understanding and comfortable with decisions. My doggie loves his vets and the staff.

I brought him in for check up and was told he had a broken tooth, but after looking closely myself later, there was no broken tooth at all. Instead of apologizing or following up, the staff member who told me that never came back to explain or correct the mistake. To make matters worse, on another visit they weighed my dog incorrectly, which could have affected his medication dosage. When I questioned it, I was told the weight was correct but it turned out they were wrong. For small breeds like Yorkies, that kind of error is serious. Overall, I’ve lost confidence in their accuracy and professionalism. I’ll be finding a new vet who actually listens and takes accountability.
