He made the whole process super easy and took care of everything — setting up our phones, explaining everything clearly, and making sure we were good to go before we left. He was super friendly, patient, and really knew what he was doing. Definitely recommend asking for Dalton if you go to Verizon — he made the whole experience a breeze!

Dalton helped me relax and got into a new device for less than that!
