After multiple phone agents mishandled my eSIMs and left me with no service during an 812-mile overnight drive (while on bed rest for acute kidney failure), they went above and beyond to fix both devices and get me safely reconnected. While my overall experience with Verizon support was extremely stressful and dangerous, Aubrey and Marshall deserve credit for turning things around when I finally made it to the store.
