So I have paid for 2 sim cards I am not able to use and I am still not able to use my second mobile line that I usually use for work, that I am still paying for the service to use... I think it is extremely disrespectful and Unappreciative that a customer Such as myself, who has been with the cricket as long as I have, With as many lines as I have, Cannot get a free mobile upgrade from/with cricket. The two stars are only for the polite customers associate Akedra A. @ cricket on Woodrow Wilson...Cricket itself has no benefits, gratitude or respect for long term customers.
