Too many people offer half-a$ service but Alex refreshingly is quite knowledgable in all things cell phone and electronic. He actually GOES way-and-above to make sure it is done right, you are more than satisfied and will be a return customer. On occasion when he happened to have a day off, the person who was working was quick to say what I asked was unable to be done and quickly finished with me. The next day I called Alex to confirm it could not be fixed; he immediately fixed it over the phone!! Cricket has great deals and I am very happy I left Verizon, but Alex is the BEST thing about switching to Cricket. If he ever leaves Cricket, I may have to leave too! I wish there were more Alexes in the world; it would be a better & kinder place!!
