- MCMr C.P.3Dec 30, 20231.0On 12-29-23 around 5:30 pm...Walk through the doors no welcome to cricket even though it was someone ahead of me...Never said we will be right with ya or nothing....The two black males was working.....That was the the worst experience I've had with cricket they were very rude and very unprofessional about their jobs...One guy had a low cut and the other guy had locks in his hair......2 words to describe them they suck at customer service....Whoever hired them is sucks even worse.....D'Erica was the best customer rep which I don't know if she even works there any longer....With that horrible experience I most definitely will be taking my business back to C-Spire...And i was there trying to pay a bill..
