- TLTish LewDec 5, 20251.0I’ve been a cricket customer for a little over 2yrs. I came in and added my daughter’s phone to my account. Less than a week later her phone broke originally I was just going to upgrade her phone, but of course they wanted $800 for a phone. So I asked to remove the line and just add her iPad. Well that line was never removed. Plus another line after her iPad was added plus insurance. I’ve emailed the District Manager Steven Lewis TWICE he hasn’t responded or acknowledged neither one of the messages. I even sent screenshots. Olga and Kim were helpful but Steven is horrible.

Super rude, not wanting to help, maybe I wasn't part of the in crowd, LMBO Been with company going on 3 years, spend to much cash using the hot spot, lol I just love the Convienance. Anyways at end of the month, I'm turning off my auto pay and switching companies.
