- JAJesus AguilarDec 31, 20252.0So I'll give it 2 stars for the first time when I went in for my upgrade they were real nice but then 2 weeks later one of the rings on camera lens fell off and she kept trying to argue with me saying it was an accessory when it's clearly part of the phone and before I went there I had talked to corporate and they made me an appointment there to get it replaced since I was still within my 30 days,corporate told me all I had to do was get them to sign into my account and they would see the notes but I guess that was too hard so she refused and kept arguingwith me saying they dont do that,so I guess I got lucky the first time because I was buying a new phone and they wanted that commissioni guess,so if your not buying anything don't even waste your time with them
