We went in trying to see if we could upgrade our buisness plan and add two ipads and she came off rude and made it feel impossible. We were there for 10 minutes and within the first impression we were ready to leave! Highly recommend going to any other location

After finding the phone I wanted they told me the gift card cannot be used to upgrade a device even though they told me otherwise when I bought the card. So I purchased the device and they told me they would refund my gift card purchase. They did not refund me and the gift card they gave me didn’t even work. Absolutely horrible experience. Took 5 visits to the store to get a phone and a gift card I’ll never use now
