We went in trying to see if we could upgrade our buisness plan and add two ipads and she came off rude and made it feel impossible. We were there for 10 minutes and within the first impression we were ready to leave! Highly recommend going to any other location

So I purchased the device and they told me they would refund my gift card purchase. They did not refund me and the gift card they gave me didn’t even work. Absolutely horrible experience. Took 5 visits to the store to get a phone and a gift card I’ll never use now

Even though my address didn’t qualify they still took time to answer my questions and gave me some insight on how qualifications work. They showed me how to check again myself but one of the salesman and a manager also gave me their card with their info to reach back out. They also took time to review my account and informed me of some promotions on my account. I was nervous coming into this store because my store experience in my old town was horrible every time I visited, but I feel very comfortable coming back to this store
