- CNColumbo NeriMay 24, 20211.0The machines are decent, but good luck getting ahold of anyone from this company. They don’t have good customer service and their build times are awful. It took me over two months to get my my machine when it was supposedly a 3 week lead time. Then when the machine came, the machine had a broken door latch and was had a defective electrical component that caused my machine to overfill and spill all over the plant. When I called for help they were really impatient and unfriendly. I would steer clear of ordering their machines again but now I’m stuck with this one unfortunately.
