    A few days ago I was going to be a new customer for business. Ashley is a HIGHLY unprofessional new manager. She REEKED of weed, was on a personal call while assisting other customers before me, after I realized she was the one who smelt like strong weed I left because they handle our sensitive info, especially for business accounts and to be unprofessionally possibly under the influence during working hours is probably not a look Russell Cellular or Verizon wants? Especially when it’s the store manager at that. When each customer left she requested a google review on our experience. I Recommend going to a direct store like Liberty or Barry or not a Russell Cellular location

    I never liked going to the Verizon store until I visited this place , very nice and Friendly people , could not have been more helpful , Ashley is awesome , thank you very much !!

    Pretty sure every time I've gotten a new phone, the experience has been boring, takes forever and the employees really couldn't care less about your experience.....until today. I called ahead to make sure they had the phone I needed and not only did they hold it but they were ready for me upon arrival. Both employees were extremely professional and nice and we ended up having a great conversation while the new phone was downloading. I could not have been happier with the experience and the manager (I'm sorry, I can't remember her name) was AWESOME. No need for me to ever go to another Verizon after today. Thank you!!
