We changed to Verizon back in October. We were PROMISED account credits and have been overly patient. Jonathan Stevenson the “business rep” assured us when we were making the switch to Verizon that he would always answer our calls and questions. My Husband has emailed him several times, and I have been emailing him since yesterday and called the store today and he was at the store and would call us back and guess what, he never did! I’m now on the phone with customer care and I’m sure we won’t get anywhere.

Awful customer service, Tom the manager has close to no customer service skills. An upgrade on an iPhone plan was a nightmare, the rep messed up causing us an $860 monthly bill. Starting ignoring us, when I complained to the store “Tom” didnt show any empathy, didnt apologize for the error and pushed us back to the rep who messed us up “as he couldn’t access her account”. So what do managers at Verizon do exactly? Avoid this store currently, as they won’t solve issues you have. In my professional opinion if I was the manager there and hated my job that much dealing with customers, I’d look for a none customer interaction role. Outside of that if you want to keep your job, I’d advise you go on some basic customer interaction, problem solving and client relationship building courses. Only my two cents. Have a great day everyone, stay blessed.

If I could give negative stars I would. I took my mom in to get a new phone. We worked with Aaron. He messed up and gave my mom my phone number. When he realized the mistake he gave both me and my mom new SIM cards but didn't activate them. We weren't finished with getting my mom's new phone up and going and he said his boss was on him that he had to help other customers but would check on us. When I asked him for help when he was at another station "helping" someone who was already being helped by an employee, he brushed me off saying he had to help where he was at. We left the store and ran an errand before heading to my grandson's first birthday party. I went to pull up the address to plug into my GPS and my phone didn't work. I went to use my mom's phone and her phone didn't work. I had to go all the way back to the store to hook up to WiFi to get the address. Aaron had conveniently gone to lunch. By the time I got to the store I had 3 minutes to get to my grandsons party. As a result I was late to my grandsons first birthday. Because my mom lives 2 hours away and didn't know how long it would take to fix her phone, she missed out on watching her great grandson open his presents. She's 85 and not in the best of health. Those are moments neither she and I will ever get back all because Aaron failed to do his job. When I went back to the store he wouldn't even look at me and never did apologize. The manager assured me that it not how they treat customers, that he should have made sure our phones were working. It was the assistant manager that was on him to hurry up. I do NOT recommend this store. Save your time and drive to another store. Because time is something you can't ever get back. I went to a different store to upgrade my phone today to discover the phone payment was also added to the wrong phone. The assistant manager had the opportunity to fix this with everything else Aaron messed up and didn't. Unprofessional! There's no excuse for any of this. Sitting at the franchise store turning in the phones that were traded in. I've been here over an hour because Aaron messed things up so bad they had to call into Verizon. Aaron initiated the trade without the phones and created a huge mess. DON'T GO TO THE LIBERTY STORE. AARON WILL MESS YOUR WHOLE ACCOUNT UP THAT WILL TAKE HOURS UPON HOURS TO FIX!!!!!!

There was a line when I arrived. Waited 25 minutes to return a phone which only took a minute to do. Having only one employee working before 9 is wild.
