I bought my cricket phone at another cricket store, but she helped me get rid of the do not disturb feature that sent all my calls to voice mail. Sweet, patient and very knowledgeable. Left her some Danish treats as a thank you.

The door's locked sometimes won't open the Store.I don't know if she's in the back .it's a inconvenience that I have to go to another store to get service or pay a bill. Makes me not want to be a merchant. And spend money. At that store. I don't know how they stay in business. It's sad you have to call cricket. To complain. I think she's there just to get a paycheck. And not help the customer at sad.
