Unfortunately, I then lost my old phone, so not all the data has been transferred. They didn’t give me my box the phone came in, so I had to buy charging cables separately on my own. They also didn’t give me the case I had bought, so I had to make a second trip to get it.

I come in to pay a bill and she is already assisting someone which is fine. She says hello but doesn’t ask what I needed or doesn’t mention that she will be right with me. On top of that she is face timing what appeared to be a store manager on how to register the customer she was helping account. The lady sounded like she was in bed but left a new hire up there to do her job. The lady over the phone tells her to call her if she needs anything else…maybe a supervisor to help assist her in the store would be helpful. I walked out because all I wanted to do was a pay a phone bill but stood there for ten minutes looking stupid.
