I had to repeat my number several times because she wasn’t paying attention. She eventually asked if I could slow down when repeating my number, even though I was saying it at the correct pace. She then gave me an incorrect bill and I corrected her. She mentioned that she might have entered the wrong number. When I tried to show her the correct information from my end, she didn’t even bother to look. She simply said, “Okay.” Then, when she mentioned the $3 fee, I pointed out that they charge for various payment methods, including cards and cash. She informed me that there would be a fee if I called in online, but that using a card wouldn’t incur a fee. Given her attitude, I didn’t even say thank you, as it was just the beginning of a frustrating experience. I had to repeat myself three times because she was so distracted by the music. I felt as if if you’re going to be listening to music, at least turn it down so you can hear your customers. I almost walked out once I noticed her attitude.
