I went to a Verizon retailer, no help, had to go to authorized dealer. They had some trouble accessing but finally said I owed 1 month plus I additional payment on phones. They couldn’t put all on one bill so two months auto pay like they said. Third month they took a phone payment I didn’t owe. Since I can’t access my account it took multiple tries, chat, trying for person. Finally talked to someone and got it solved, maybe. I was on the phone for 1.5 hours. Trying to resolve.
