Beware! Read the fine print on these so-called “promotional” offers. What’s promised and what you actually receive are two very different things.
I have spent seven months dealing with unresolved billing errors, missing credits, and excuses—issues that began the moment I trusted the staff here to set up my account correctly.
The biggest problem is Elle Cenfield, the “business manager.” Her approach is defined by broken promises, a dismissive attitude, and a complete lack of accountability. Once the sale is made, she pushes you off, shifts blame, and simply hopes you give up and stop coming back. Every interaction felt like dealing with someone untrained, unmotivated, and uninterested in fixing anything.
This location operates with high turnover, poor training, and zero follow-through, making even basic resolution impossible. My issue has now been escalated beyond the store because of their repeated failure to act.
If you value honesty, competence, or even basic customer service, avoid this location or proceed with extreme caution. They kept promising that my issue will be resolved the next billing cycle, but it's been the same shit every billing cycle. Find a different location that is more transparent and not misleading.

Worked with Ellie on business account. Bill is never coming thru the way I am told. I constantly have to check why something wasn't processed or what the issues are. Response time is NOT GOOD AT ALL. Wait nearly week to get reply to text or emails and yet I would get harassed before making the switch to see if they could help. All about getting new service rather than service existing customer.
