The transfer process was a little messy due to our situation and Billy got us through it! 10/10 for Billy. 5/10 for Verizon’s software and transfer process.

Not only was it a smooth and seamless experience but he took the time to help me figure out how to save money on all my streaming subscriptions. This wasn’t an upsell that earned him commission - this was just something he does since he’s a walking human calculator and had the patience and time to go through it all for me! As long as you have the time he will give you his. Thank you, Eric! I’m so happy with everything today I decided to take the time to write my first Google review!

This process took 2 days, I lost my number in the "cloud" for a while and after calling my previous provider Verizon porting people messed it up and of course there's NO ONE TO TALK TO FOR COMPENSATION. I lost not only 15 hours at the stores and 4 hours of driving around to each, also lost out on 2 days of work... I still paid full price, no one's reached out, this was "the worst process I've ever had" apparently. Just would be nice to be able to talk to someone here as the store cant help! 👎
