    Had to upgrade and add some new devices to our small business account. Had a great experience at your Winona store with Chad. Explained things very well, helped us determine what was best for our needs and he was great to work with! While he was helping g us he was also making sure everyone else in the store was getting g assistance and other employees were able to help other customers. Plus he had a great sense of humor! Overall great experience. Now if only he wasn’t a Cubs fan! Highly recommend Chad regardless of his baseball choices.

    This is the worst Verizon Store I have ever been to. The customer service people are not trained, they can't handle returns properly, they have lost my equipment, they just don't care about anything but selling to make that commission. Avoid this store at all costs.

    Met with rep right away when I came in the door, he was very knowledgeable and efficient worked through the whole process quickly and well and completed everything very well. I was very, very happy with the service.
